Quality Grass Hay
We know that healthy animals need good grass hay to live at peak performance. We strive to make the best possible orchard grass hay through fertility and harvesting at the correct timing of maturity. 1st and 2nd cutting orchard grass hay is available from June to September. However, in the past few years, inventory of this golden straw hasn't been guaranteed past October 1st. Our small squares come in 45#-50# bales, string tied, made dry, and stored inside. If your animals enjoy this hay, it's recommended to stock up early. Round bales are 4’x5’6”, net wrapped, and stored inside, usually on the flat side for easier movement if you lack the equipment to handle them. Please note that inventory will be limited in 2026, and prices are subject to change due to market volatility.

Consistency... We carefully choose equipment to make the hay operation less labor-intensive and more efficient, ensuring we produce high-quality grass hay and golden straw. This allows us to create more uniform bales for easier handling. If you are interested in larger quantities, we also use grapples to stack hay and straw (on edge) onto trailers, including our premium orchard grass hay.
Beautiful Golden Straw
We strive to harvest wheat and create bales of golden straw that showcase a beautiful golden yellow color. Our bales weigh between 35#-40#, are string-tied, and are as weed-free as possible.
These bales have many uses, from bedding and fall decoration to gardening and landscaping applications, including the use of grass hay and orchard grass hay.
We usually have this golden straw available year-round.
